Delete your account and data

Effective June 9, 2026

RigBuddy is a workplace tool. Driver, safety and admin accounts are created and managed by the trucking company (fleet) you work with. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

Email ggorincioi@artsintez.net from the email address on your RigBuddy account.
Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
Tell us whether you want your entire account deleted or only specific data removed.

We verify the request against your account email and complete it within 30 days. You can also ask your fleet administrator, who can remove your account directly.

What gets deleted

Your account profile: name, email address, and role.
Your push-notification device token.
On request, personal identifiers are removed from inspection records you created.

What may be retained

Vehicle inspection reports (DVIR) and their photos are business records owned by your fleet. To meet U.S. federal record-keeping rules (49 CFR §396.11), the fleet may retain these reports for at least 12 months. Where we keep such records after an account deletion, we remove or anonymize personal identifiers on request, except where the law requires the record to remain intact.
